SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

International Shipping International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Delivery times vary by location, typically 10-30 business days. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by their country. Haus of Elevation is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of order placement.

Lost or Stolen Packages Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Haus of Elevation is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim. Customers may purchase shipping insurance at checkout for additional protection.

Damaged Items Claims for damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or refund at our discretion.

Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect from the carrier, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Order Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
