RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Return requests must be initiated within this timeframe by contacting support@hausofelevation.store. Returns received after 14 days will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact
- Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Opened or used wellness products for hygiene reasons
- Custom or personalized items
- Clearance or sale items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products or digital content
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Process
- Contact support@hausofelevation.store within 14 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Await return authorization and instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable method
- Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted
Inspection and Processing All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria. Approved returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
Refunds Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Restocking Fee A 15% restocking fee may be applied to returns of large furniture items or electronics to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs, at our discretion.
Incorrect Items If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and send the correct item or issue a full refund.
Refusal of Delivery Refused deliveries will be treated as returns. Return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Chargebacks Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in permanent suspension from making future purchases.
